Giant Yellow Duck and Tall Ships at Port of Los Angeles

A giant 40 foot tall yellow ducky and several "tall ships," which weren't very tall, sailed up the Port of Los Angeles' main channel this afternoon.
The yellow ducky created by Dutch artist Florentijin Hofman is said to be the world's largest, and has been in many of the world's harbors and ports.

Navy Week LA 2014

The USS Anchorage (LPD-23) sailed down the main channel of the Port of Los Angeles for Navy Week LA 2014.
Another warship is expected to arrive this week for Navy Week.
